Location: the hotel was very close to center as well as Jacksonville. The room was extremely spacious and offered a shower, hairdryers, and bath sheets, so that guests had essentials.

Bed was comfortable and the room was large. Staff was super really helpful and affable. The location was absolutely perfect, at walking distance from Community Park. Moreover, it's right by the town Center and Jacksonville.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Jacksonville for a few nights. The breakfast was amazing, with a great variety of food including delicious biscuits and gravy. I loved the coffee options with different flavored creamers. The hot tub was a perfect way to relax, and the temperature of the pool was just right. The beds were comfortable and the room was nice and cool, which was a relief from the hot weather outside.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

As women traveling alone, we felt very safe and secure at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we checked in. The hotel was conveniently located near Illinois College and Walmart, making it convenient for us to explore the area. With clean rooms and up-to-date facilities, we knew we were getting a comfortable stay at a reasonable price.

The breakfast offered at this hotel was more than adequate. There was a good variety of hot and cold items, and the food was well stocked throughout the morning.

Very comfy beds and coffee and tea making facilities, a writing desk, and an ironing set. Free parking nearby provided. Everything great. Location just next door to Jacksonville and the town Center.
